What we offer you
Guaranteed employment after your apprenticeship
If you perform well during your training, we guarantee you a full-time employment contract. Initially for one year, with the possibility of remaining part of our team in the long term.

Highlight in the training programme
Erasmus+
For several years now, the dalli group has offered its trainees the opportunity to complete an internship abroad during and up to one year after their training. This is supported by the EU-funded Erasmus+ programme. This year, Timo Froesch was at our Dutch plant in Heerde and was able to get a taste of the HR department. Marc Juchem travelled to the Danish biotechnology company Novonesis in Copenhagen to work in the laboratory.

Niklas Wölwer, industrial clerk, Stolberg “After completing my vocational diploma, I knew that I wanted to work in an office. I just didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do. From the very beginning, I felt that dalli was particularly attentive to my needs and respected my wishes and requirements. As an industrial management trainee, I am also gaining more insight into the various departments and professions within a company than I ever would have imagined. As a result, I now know what I enjoy most and where my strengths and weaknesses lie. I am very happy to be doing my training at dalli!”
Maike Johanna Paul, industrial clerk, Stolberg “Although I am only in my first year of training at dalli, I have already gained a lot of valuable experience. The combination of practical experience gained in the company and the theoretical knowledge we learn at school is really good. The knowledge we gain at school can often be put into practice immediately in the company. Since we are assigned to many different departments, we learn how the individual connections between the respective departments come about.”
Hannes Ahlers, chemical laboratory assistant, Flörsheim “The first year of my training as a chemical laboratory assistant at the Flörsheim-Dalsheim site is coming to an end. I received excellent training in the tasks involved and can only say positive things about the working atmosphere in the laboratories. I am very enthusiastic about the varied activities in the company, the learning laboratory, and the vocational school. There is always something new to learn. It’s really exciting to be involved in products that you need on a daily basis. I would recommend this training program to anyone who is interested in science and math, enjoys working precisely and accurately, and wants a career that is versatile and flexible.”

Through my training as an industrial clerk at the dalli-group, I am learning how all departments work together like cogs in a wheel to drive this large company forward. Every single person counts, which is why the dalli-group supports all of its employees’ individual skills. I feel valued in my work and my opinion is fully taken into account. But even when I need help, I can turn to anyone and everyone tries to support me in their own way. For us, it’s not the individual that takes center stage, but the “we.”

During my training as an industrial clerk, I am working in many different departments. This gives me insight into the diverse tasks of my profession and allows me to get to know the company from the ground up. We trainees are allowed to work independently and take on responsibility. I particularly like the helpfulness of my colleagues and the pleasant working atmosphere, which is why I enjoy going to work in the morning.”

In addition, the work in the company and the lessons at the vocational school prepare us optimally for our profession. Furthermore, dalli gives us enough time to prepare for our exams. dalli also gives us the opportunity to participate in internships abroad.
