Ordering dosing aids

In order to be able to process your enquiry optimally, we ask you to fill in all fields marked with an * completely and, for technical reasons, to observe upper/lower case for correct dispatch.

Please note!

Dosing balls for liquid detergents cannot be requested. Dosing aids will only be sent if “Dalli-Werke” is specified as the manufacturer. Details of the manufacturer and contact details for ordering dosing aids can be found on the packaging.

The following information about the washing powder is mandatory for sending a dosing aid:

Brand and exact designation/additional designation of the powder according to the packaging

Production batch of the powder. This can be found on the top of packets and on the back of bags. The batch always begins with the letter “S”, followed by a multi-digit number combination.

We ask for your understanding that no dosing aids will be dispatched if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect. We will not contact you once we have received your order for dosing aids, even if the information is incomplete!
